A man has been injured by a suspected crossbow dart just ten days after a woman was hit by one in the same area.
Police were called to Arnold Circus, Shoreditch, following the second attack just before 7.30pm yesterday evening (March 14).
Officers were at the scene within two minutes, where they found a man aged in his 20s with a neck injury.
He was rushed to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
A police spokesperson said it is suspected the man may have been struck by a crossbow dart.
It comes just ten days after a woman was also hit by a suspected crossbow bolt in nearby Club Row.
Police were called to the road at around 7.45pm on March 4, where they found a woman aged in her 40s injured outside Clifton House.
Her injuries were also assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
Police have not yet confirmed if they are officially linking the two cases.
Investigations into both incidents are under way, and there have been no arrests at this time.
