A woman remains in a critical condition in hospital after she was hit by a HGV.
Police were called to the crash in Homerton High Street just before 7.45am on Wednesday (October 11).
A woman, who was a pedestrian, was rushed to an east London hospital with “life-threatening injuries”.
A police spokesperson said today (October 13) that the woman remains in hospital in a “critical condition”. They added that her next of kin are aware.
Police said that the driver of the HGV stopped at the scene and is assisting officers.
London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance also attended the scene.
